• TERMS AND CONDITIONS – nEWGEN MOBILES–SLOGAN CONTEST’:

  NEWGEN– SLOGAN CONTEST is a Slogan Contest (“Slogan Contest”) provided by NEWGEN Mobile World, a company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at NO. 32, AGR Platina, Developed Plot NP, Guindy Sidco Industrial Esate, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai 600032 (hereinafter called as “Poorvika”).
  The Slogan Contest is valid from 13th July , 2018 till 15th Aug , 2018 (both days inclusive) between 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm (IST) (“Slogan Contest Period”) on purchase of select Samsung Galaxy Smart phones (hereinafter referred to as “Product”) from the outlets of NEWGEN MOBILES, on the terms and conditions (“Terms”) mentioned below:
• In order to participate the Participant needs to follow the following steps-:
  • Purchase any Product from the Outlet;
  • Activate the Product in the Outlet itself then give a missed call to 044 43 99 9977
  • After giving the missed call, the Participant will receive a confirmation message along with a link to download the NEWGEN APP from Google Play store;
  • At the Outlet itself the Participant will have to install and open the Poorvika App, and click the CONTEST ICON displayed on the App.
  • On clicking the Contest Icon Participant will have to fill up his/her details in and give his/her suggestions / feedback;
  • After filing up the above details, Participant need to submit a slogan regarding “Customer buying experience of Samsung Smartphone in Poorvika in this festival season" and then click Submit
  • Upon submission of the slogan, he/she will get a message stating “Wait for 48 hours we will get back to you if you are a winner”.
